The viewpoint is easily accessible by car from Oliena and, for trekking enthusiasts, it is accessible on foot through the network of footpaths, in particular path B-403 ‘Oliena-Belvedere Tuones’.
This recently upgraded section is an important link between the center of Oliena, Monte Maccione and Tuones, points of passage to the highest mountain in the area: the fascinating Monte Corrasi. The route, classified as a cyclo-hiking route of moderate difficulty, runs along mainly unpaved and not very uneven terrain, with smooth and compact trails.
The Sas Prunas viewpoint is not only a panoramic point but a veritable gateway to understanding the extraordinary natural and cultural wealth of the Supramonte of Oliena. A place that encourages discovery, exploration and respect for one of the most authentic and suggestive corners of Sardinia.
